Welcome to Agenticism. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agenticism website, podcast platform, newsletter, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Wired & Willing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Agenticism is a product and media platform offered by Wired & Willing LLC, the same company that operates wiredandwilling.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Description of the Platform

Agenticism is a media and podcast platform dedicated to helping professionals and leaders master human agency in the Agentic Age. The Platform includes podcast episodes, articles, newsletters, community features, guest applications, and account-based tools.

2. User Accounts and Registration

You may create an account to access certain features such as newsletter subscriptions, commenting, or submitting guest applications.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content and Conduct

You may submit content such as comments, questions, or guest applications (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.

You agree not to post or submit any User Content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material without our prior consent.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate any User Content at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of podcast episodes (e.g., listening or sharing individual episodes via official channels).

All content on the Platform — including audio episodes, articles, logos, design, and branding — is the property of Wired & Willing LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Specifically, 'Agenticism' is a trademark of Wired & Willing LLC, with a registration application currently pending with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or any other user’s experience.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Platform without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wired & Willing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wired & Willing LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
